Philipp is a seasoned Corporate Finance Professional and with a strong track record in building and leading teams, transactional experience in private and public buy- and sell-side lead advisory services, financial due diligence, valuation and accounting, with a focus on the Financial Services Industries. Philipp spent most of his career in Switzerland and the US, but also originated and executed transactions in other parts of the world.
Subsequently Philipp was seconded to PwC US, where he worked on US – European cross-border deals, as well as on US domestic deals. After this assignment he joined UBS Investment Bank in Switzerland as a project manager for Investment Banking Advisory transactions. In 1999 he rejoined PwC to take the lead of the Investment Banking Advisory business. Philipp led this business to a market leading position. At the same time Philipp was a member of PwC’s Global Investment Banking Advisory leadership team, and he acted as relationship Partner of a number of PwC clients.
After having led the Swiss PwC Corporate Finance business for many years, Philipp built and led the PwC Corporate Finance (Investment Banking) business in the US. Under his leadership, the business grew to a size of 100 highly qualified team members. He is specialized in both cross border and domestic transactions on the buy- as well as on the sell-side.
Philipp is Managing Partner and Board Member of FINAPORT Ltd and supports CONSTELLATION with his transaction team.

Beat has 20 years of professional experience in Mergers & Acquisitions through his roles as Partner and Head of M&A at the Helbling Group (Switzerland), as Partner and Head of M&A and Restructuring at Ernst & Young (Switzerland), as Head of Corporate Development at the globally active Kaba Group and now as Founder and Managing Partner of DOLDER Corporate Finance.
Beat holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Zurich. He has also completed two executive education programs at the INSEAD business school in «Strategic Issues in Mergers & Acquisitions» and «Competitive Strategy».
Beat is fluent in German, English and French.
