Freienbach, 17th July 2020 – CONSTELLATION CONSTRUCTION LOGISTICS GROUP GmbH (CCLG) has acquired a majority stake in cpc baulogistik GmbH (cpc). cpc will become part of the newly founded CCLG, under the umbrella of which future investments of the CONSTELLATION V fund within the construction logistics space shall be aggregated.
As part of a leveraged buyout transaction the previous owners of cpc have decided to sell cpc to CCLG. cpc was founded in 2006 and has become a nationally recognized provider for construction logistics, offering a wide range of services including: supply logistics, waste disposal logistics, personnel logistics, construction site equipment and logistics planning.
